Terms of Service for WordSnap

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the WordSnap app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

You may use WordSnap for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any unauthorized use of the app is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts

In order to access certain features of WordSnap, you may be required to sign in with your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

WordSnap offers both monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage your subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

5. Free Trial

WordSnap may offer a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the chosen subscription plan.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

By using WordSnap, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We collect user actions and messages sent to third-party systems for the purpose of improving our app and personalizing your experience.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WordSnap, including but not limited to text, graphics, and software, are the exclusive property of WordSnap and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Activities

In using WordSnap, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or security.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to WordSnap at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

WordSnap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the functionality or availability of the app. In no event shall WordSnap be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of WordSnap after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
